1. Information we handle

Information you choose to send. If you email or call Nimblyr, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, business details, project requirements, attachments and correspondence. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

Contact and booking form. When you submit the form, we receive your name, email address, optional phone and business details, selected service, message, and any requested consultation date, time and time zone. We store the request, its status, and your privacy acknowledgment in our website database. A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. We may send an internal email notification containing your submission to our contact mailbox.

Technical information. Cloudflare delivers and protects this site and processes request information such as IP addresses and browser details. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated abuse. We do not store your IP address in the enquiry database. Administrators sign in through Cloudflare Access to view submitted requests.

2. How information is used

Information you send to Nimblyr is used to respond to enquiries, discuss requirements, prepare proposals, communicate about requested work, and maintain relevant business records. Where necessary, information may also be used to address misuse, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.

This website does not sign you up for a mailing list or submit your information to an advertising system. Separate client agreements may explain additional handling of information needed to deliver a particular service, including bookkeeping or customer database work.

3. Sharing & service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, the D1 database, abuse prevention through Turnstile, and administrator authentication through Access. Resend processes submission details to deliver email notifications when email delivery is enabled. Our email and telephone providers process communications you send directly. These providers process information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Information may be disclosed where required by law, in response to valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. If you ask us to share information with another party for your project, we will use your instructions to guide that disclosure.

4. Cookies, tracking & external resources

The public website does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts and does not save form drafts in browser storage. Animation controls and form state operate in page memory. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser and request information to detect automated abuse. Administrator sign-in uses Cloudflare Access authentication cookies. These security services are separate from advertising tracking.

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those resources, which exposes request information such as your IP address to that service. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. Your browser or network settings may block external font requests; the site will use fallback fonts.

The site does not perform cross-site advertising tracking, and its code does not change behaviour in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals. External websites, your email application and telephone services operate under their own privacy practices.

5. Retention & security

Submitted enquiries and booking requests are stored in our database and may also appear in our contact mailbox. Authorized administrators can review them to respond and manage follow-up.

For information you send to Nimblyr, retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether a project proceeds, relevant recordkeeping obligations and any unresolved dispute. You can contact us to request deletion of enquiry information that is no longer needed; some records may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers or sensitive client records in the contact form or an initial email. If your project requires sensitive information, contact us first to agree on an appropriate transfer method.

6. Your choices & privacy requests

You may browse without submitting the form or contacting us. You can ask about personal information you have sent us, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing contact@nimblyr.com. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant correspondence, but do not send identity documents unless we arrange an appropriate way to verify your request.

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, such as access, portability, objection, restriction of processing or the ability to complain to a relevant privacy regulator. We will consider requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. This policy does not limit rights available to you under law.

7. Children’s privacy

This website presents business services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us so we can review the matter and arrange appropriate deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website, services or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
